Your emotions don’t define the truth of who you are, but they do deserve to be acknowledged, felt, and understood. Healing begins when we listen to our feelings.
Often, we confuse our emotions with absolute truth. For example, “I feel unlovable” doesn’t mean we are unlovable. What it means is that a part of us is hurting and needs compassion. Our feelings are signals - they tell us where healing is needed, where boundaries must be honored, and where our story is asking to be heard. The goal is not to silence emotions, but to listen and then gently guide them with perspective.
Remember: emotions are temporary waves, not permanent truths.
